Jewellery, bags and accessories can be custom made to your specifications so you can have bespoke jewellery, a handbag or hair accessory for example designed especially to go with your new party or wedding outfit. Bridal jewellery and accessories can also be commissioned. LED jewellery is on offer in a variety of materials - swarovski crystal, sterling silver or silver plated, glass beads to name but a few. Charm bracelets are available in blue, pink, silver, gold, multi - any colour you like, we can do! You can order your jewellery, bags or accessories online or email LED to chat and request something special. Bespoke jewellery can be designed for you at no extra cost. TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing a product or service from this website you agree to the following:

1. Payment

If purchasing an item directly from our website (with no customisation required for your individual requirements), we require payment in full in advance.

If customising an item or items designed via the D-I-Y service, following agreement of your design (unless otherwise agreed) to secure your order, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required. The balance to be paid prior to your goods being dispatched.

All deposits must be paid within 28 days of invoice to secure your order (unless otherwise agreed - see below). Failure to do so may result in LeahEarlDesigns offering your schedule slot to another customer.

Special terms for payment or deposit due date may be offered in exceptional circumstances and are done so in good faith. Failure to adhere to these special terms, may result in LeahEarlDesigns requesting immediate payment in full, changing your scheduled dates or in extreme circumstances, cancelling your order.

2. Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment:

Credit and Debit Card via PayPal – This can be done in 3 easy steps: 1. Set up at PayPal account at www.paypal.com, 2. Click the ‘send money’ tab, 3. enter the amount and my email address sales@leahearldesigns.co.uk

Goods will be dispatched upon clearance of funds.

3. Delivery Times

LED handcrafted products are made to order. Our standard delivery times are as follows:

For items purchased within our current collections please allow 7 days for delivery.

For bespoke designs and customised items from our collection or portfolio, we aim to deliver within 4 weeks or by a pre-agreed date.

Urgent orders are possible. Please contact us with your requirements and we will try to accommodate you.

During busy periods it may be necessary to alter these delivery times, but we will inform you at the time.

4. Postage & Shipping

We offer free postage and packaging to all UK customers for orders under £50. All items are sent 1st Class unless stated otherwise.

For orders above £50 a fee may be charged for special delivery but this will be confirmed when your order is placed.

International Customers – Please contact us for a shipping quote prior to purchase.

LeahEarlDesigns is not responsible for the delivery times of the chosen carrier.

LeahEarlDesigns is not responsible for any import taxes/charges incurred from your purchase.

5a. Returns Policy - Direct Website Purchase

If you are unhappy with your purchase please email us within 3 days of delivery. A replacement or refund will be provided for the total value of the goods ordered provided they are returned:

In their original condition & packaged securely in their original packaging.

Within 7 days (UK) of purchase.

For International Customers, returns accepted within 14 days of purchase in their original packaging.

The returner is responsible for paying return postage and no postage or shipping costs will be refunded.

5b. Returns Policy - Bespoke/Customised Designs

All completed pieces are photographed and sent to the customer for approval. (In some instances it may be possible to meet the customer face to face)

Confirmation that the customer is happy with the item in the photograph is taken as acceptance of the piece. All pieces are photographed prior to dispatch as proof of completion and condition. Returns are only accepted on the following exceptional basis:

The piece has been damaged in transit and we must be contacted on the day of receipt.

The piece is faulty and we must be contacted on the day of receipt.

In these exceptional circumstances we are happy to replace/repair the order provided they are returned:

6. Product Quality

As all of our products are handcrafted. Slight variations may occur between the items you see on our website and those you receive.

The colour control of all materials used in making our products are the responsibility of our suppliers and may occasionally differ from what is shown.

All items leave LeahEarlDesigns in perfect condition. Any items that are damaged during transit may be returned for replacement or refund.

7. Disclaimer

All of our products are made to a high standard and are not toys. They are made solely as fashion accessories and are to be used in accordance with this purpose. These products are not suitable for children, as the beads may become a choking hazard if swallowed. LeahEarlDesigns accepts no responsibility for injury caused by the destruction or misuse of these items.

8. Ownership Rights

All product designs are exclusive to LeahEarlDesigns and remain the intellectual property of LeahEarlDesigns.

LeahEarlDesigns reserves the right to use the design in its advertising. LeahEarlDesigns also reserves the right to use any feedback you provide on our website.

The content and images contained in this website are the property of LeahEarlDesigns. No part of this website or any of the designs on this website may be copied or used without the express permission of LeahEarlDesigns.

LeahEarlDesigns reserves the right to seek legal recourse if any of the designs featured on this website are copied or plagierised.

9. Privacy Statement

Your privacy is important to both of us.

Except as stated herein, under no circumstances will LeahEarlDesigns disclose any of the information you have provided to another party, without your express written (by letter or email) permission.
